Original Fresco Paintings from Italy: a unique, elegant and historic decorative art
These original frescos from Italy are painted using the same techniques of the Renaissance masters. They are executed in earth pigments on wet (“fresco”) lime plaster which fuses the colour with the wall surface. The fresco is subsequently peeled away from the wall onto canvas using a centuries old preservation method. The Frescos can be painted in an unlimited range of subjects, ancient to modern, and also available as room screens. They are uniquely suited for the traditional as well as the most contemporary interiors.
